What makes Genuine Ice Cream special?
Genuine Ice Cream handcrafts small batch ice creams using only the highest quality ingredients and a whole ton of love in each pint. We do not use any artificial ingredients or colors. Our ice cream is considered a super premium ice cream, meaning that we have a higher milk fat content. This milk fat is what provides the ultra creamy texture that we all love. Being based out of Bozeman, MT is something that we hold close to our hearts. Our flavors are inspired by the Montana lifestyle and scenery. Even if you are not from Montana, you can pick up subtle notes on our packaging that are sure to leave you planning a trip to come visit. Buying Genuine Ice Cream also gives back to the community, as we are a 2% for Conservation certified business.

These flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate, Milk & Cookies, Salted Caramel, Honey Lavender, Strawberry, Huckleberry, and a dairy-free, coconut-based option. The other 12 flavors rotate almost daily. You could come in at one time, then come back an hour later and our menu could look totally different. How long after I open a pint is the ice cream still good to eat?
We recommend enjoying your pint within two weeks of opening it. To keep your ice cream as fresh as possible, we also recommend placing a small sheet of wax paper or plastic wrap against the ice cream to prevent any frost from growing.
