All our ice creams are made in our Bozeman, Montana kitchen. We choose locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, with names we can actually pronounce and from places we know and love.
Vanilla
100% pure Madagascar bourbon vanilla extract and vanilla bean specks. Awarded a red ribbon by the North American Ice Cream Association.
Dark Chocolate
Rich, dark, fudgy-like blend of melted chocolate and cocoa powder. Awarded a blue ribbon by the North American Ice Cream Association.
Salted Caramel
Our from-scratch salted caramel gives the perfect balance of sweet and salty.
Milk & Cookies
Our spin on classic Cookies & Cream — with ground Oreos mixed right in, for extra cookie goodness.
Honey Lavender
Real lavender flowers, steeped in milk, mixed with honey for rich, warm notes and a subtle floral finish.
Strawberry
Made with real strawberries pureed in-house and a dash of lemon juice. Awarded a white ribbon by the North American Ice Cream Association.
Huckleberry
Using real, foraged huckleberries and a hint of lemon juice, this ice cream is a blissful combination of sweet and tart.
Dairy Free
We always feature a coconut cream-based dairy-free option among our rotating selection, ensuring that those with dairy-free preferences can always find a delightful treat. The flavor changes regularly.

We hold 19 flavors at a time at our shop. We have eight standard flavors that you can expect each time you come in. These flavors are Vanilla, Chocolate, Milk & Cookies, Salted Caramel, Honey Lavender, Strawberry, Huckleberry, and a dairy-free, coconut-based option. The other 12 flavors rotate almost daily. You could come in at one time, then come back an hour later and our menu could look totally different. Yes! We have a delicious dairy free ice cream that is coconut cream based. This flavor rotates regularly so stop in to see what we're serving up. We also offer a variety of vegan fruit sorbets.

We do everything we can to avoid cross contamination but we do not have an allergen free kitchen. We make products containing milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten and soy in our production kitchen.

We recommend enjoying your pint within two weeks of opening it. To keep your ice cream as fresh as possible, we also recommend placing a small sheet of wax paper or plastic wrap against the ice cream to prevent any frost from growing.
